Dr. Kat Khorrami

Founder & Medical Director

I’m Dr. Kat Khorrami, a physician and artist focused on aesthetic and regenerative medicine. Raised in Canada, the Rockies sparked my passion for natural beauty and wellness. I studied at the University of Victoria and earned my medical degree from the University of Calgary. I’m certified by the American Board of Regenerative Medicine and trained in advanced neurotoxin, dermal filler, and regenerative treatments like Scarlet SRF.

With over 30 years in emergency medicine, I believe in the power of Western medicine while staying open to alternative paths to health and healing. I view wellness as a blend of science, creativity, and intuition.

Spirituality is an integral part of my life. My husband Michael and I share a daily practice of meditation and mindfulness, which grounds my approach to care.

Art has always been a passion. I’ve exhibited work across North America, most recently in New York City.

She personally oversees all medical services and ensures every provider on the team meets her standard of care. Her background in emergency medicine gives her a clinical precision that sets her apart in the aesthetic field.

Dr. Kat earned her medical degree from the University of Calgary and holds certification from the American Board of Regenerative Medicine. She has over 30 years of experience in emergency and aesthetic medicine. Dr. Khorrami is trained in advanced neurotoxin, dermal filler, and regenerative treatments including Scarlet SRF. She founded Allurant Medical Spa in Carmel Valley, San Diego to bring physician-directed aesthetic care to patients across the region.
