Appointment Policy

To ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your treatment within the remaining scheduled time. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

Card on File Requirement: To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit or debit card to be kept on file. This allows us to reserve your spot on the schedule and helps cover any applicable no-show or late cancellation fees. Please note that we are unable to confirm or book appointments without providing card information.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

To provide the best service to all of our clients, we ask that any cancellations or changes to your appointment be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain a smooth schedule for everyone.

Please be aware that a $100 fee will be charged for appointments that are missed or rescheduled without providing at least 48 hours’ notice. This policy helps us maintain availability for all of our valued clients.
